House Rules

We love all animals but only allow dogs. Maximum of two dogs, up to 60lbs each, and they must be house-trained. There is a $150 pet fee. Please let us know when booking and we will send you a request for the pet fee. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated if left alone at the home, and to pick up after them every time. Maximum of 4 vehicles, which must be parked on the driveway and not on the side of the road. It's a residential neighborhood that has restrictions against parking on easements. Free pool heating May-Sep and $55/day Oct-Apr. Golf Cart Agreement 1. Lessee acknowledges receipt of the Golf Cart and that it was examined by Lessee and found to be in good condition upon receipt. 2. Lessee shall return the equipment in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear accepted. 3. Lessee shall reimburse Leaser, upon demand for the loss of, or any damage to the equipment or property damage while it is rented to Lessee and for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fee, incurred by Leaser in collecting and amounts owing by Lessee or in otherwise enforcing Leaser’s rights hereunder. 4. Lessee shall identify and hold Leaser harmless from and against any and all liability, including bodily injury and property damage, arising out of the use or operation of the equipment by Lessee or anyone using or operating the same with Lessee’s express or implied consent. 5. Lessee shall abide by all rules and regulations of Leasser governing the use of the equipment (ONLY HOLDERS OF A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER MAY OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT). 6. Lessee shall not assign the Rental Contract or sublease the equipment. Golf Cart Rules 1. Lessee must be a minimum of 25 years of age. 2. Operator(s) of golf cart must be 18 years of age and have in their possession a valid driver’s license (moped license, learner’s permit, etc. are not accepted). 3. Golf Carts operated after sunset must have lights turned on. Please respect your neighbors and the quiet hours. 4. Golf Carts must be operated properly and only on paved neighborhood roadways. They are strictly prohibited from main roads (e.g., Highway 98) and off-roading. 5. Golf Carts can carry a maximum of 4 people and all passengers must be seated at all times when cart is in motion. 6. Please report any malfunctions to Tim & Katie immediately. 7. Alcohol is not permitted on the golf cart and it is against the law to drink alcohol and drive. 8. To prevent theft, Lessee must never leave the Golf Cart out in public without lifting the passenger seat and switching it to "Tow / Maintenance" mode 9. The Golf Cart must be parked back in its dedicated spot each night. 10. Violating any of the rules will be cause for immediate loss of rental privileges.

What a beautiful, activity-packed, well-located home, situated near the beach. Our family hardly left the house because it was filled with so much to do right there! The heated pool was a plus!!! There were times when we had a game of pool, shuffleboard, foosball, and Pac-Man going at the same time! I cannot brag enough about the awesome setup and convenience of this beach home. We will be back!

The house was stocked full of everything you need for a vacation. Loved all the games and activities. There were a couple issues when we first arrived that the host addressed very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Great place nestled between Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. The walkover to the beach access is only 3 blocks away and everything is relatively close. Great breeze all the time and the house is fantastic for enjoying the sunlight and nature. House was well equipped and everything was laid out great. Pool felt great and the heated aspect made it perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at SSJ! Every question or concern we had was promptly taken care of by our host. For example, we noticed an issue with the pool on our first day, and within two hours the host sent the pool company out to take care of it. The house had features that weren’t even listed on AirBnB that added to the comfort of our stay. As a family of 12, there was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. We hope to stay here again! If you’re looking for a quiet beach with a house that has a variety to offer for those rainy days, this is the place for you!

Great house with so much to do for the kids! It rained all day Saturday, during our weekend stay, and the kids had no complaints with all the indoor games and space. space was very clean and ready to go with clear instructions on everything included. Big enough to fit my entire family, plenty of beds! Thank you Tim and Katie for for the beautiful place to stay!

Great place to celebrate family with extended family or friends. Hosts were wonderful and very thoughtful. Rental was very clean and I am picky about that! House layout is wonderful also! Plenty of amenities and we enjoyed everything! Would rent again if allowed! Thanks again!

The house is beautiful and exactly as described. It’s huge with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The private bedroom and kids room with access to the screen porch was perfect for our group. We also loved the convenience of having a golf cart included with rental. We also enjoyed the fire pit and all the games. Tim and Katie are awesome hosts. I highly recommend this rental.

Great place for a family gathering! Loved all the fun amenities, spaces well thought out and very pleasant and relaxing! The golf cart made it easy to shuttle all the family members to the beach, and pull the wagon loaded with beach chairs and umbrellas, all provided by thoughtful hosts! What a blessing!! Tim and Katie were very attentive, patiently waiting for responses or potential needs. (I didn’t realize until the end of our stay that my notifications were turned off! 😜). And the beach! If you’re looking for a quiet beach, without all the hustle bustle, this is it! Loved it!!
