Check in was super easy and the hosts communicated very well. ✹ We had two families with kids and the grandparents. Everyone had plenty of space and activities galore - heated swimming pool, outdoor games, game room inside and heaps of board games. The kitchen and BBQ are well equipped for cooking, but also close to restaurants in Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. The home and linens were spotless. ✹ The house has two wings and a central common area, perfect for large groups. The area is walkable to the gulf or the golf cart, honestly there was so much to do at the house we ended up skipping the gulf for most of the trip! The beach area and the gulf itself is beautiful in this area ✹ The house is very spacious for my family of 10 & always something to keep even our teens happy! ✹ Excellent! This house is a kid’s paradise. Offered more than any other listing I’ve seen. Host communicated promptly with any questions we had. ✹ Tim and Katie provided an awesome experience for my family. It had a ton of entertainment with a beautiful pool that was heated and a beautiful beach across the street.
