We stayed at Tim and Katie’s house for a friends retreat. We had five families - 24 people total ages 2-42! It was everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable and all of them being king size was great also. The view was spectacular and the sauna and hot tub were such a bonus. We utilized every space. Had a movie night for the kids. Our favorite was that we were able to stay up late and have adult time to catch up with our friends while the kids slept comfortably. The property felt very safe. We 100% would recommend this house. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with close family or friends this is your place.

Tim and Katie‘s Helen Mountain house was absolutely a treasure for our family gathering. It was a very large house that was fully stocked with so many fun activities for adults and kids of all ages. The house was well stocked with things that I never would imagine. Things that I happened to forget packing like salt/pepper. There was even a little bit of olive oil. It was helpful also to have the aluminum foil, saran wrap. Even this wonderful s’mores basket that welcomed us. This was a very large family gathering with kids of all ages and pets. It was a perfect house for our family to get together and spend great quality time together. We all really enjoyed the theater and watched movies, football games. Loved the sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately it rained the entire trip, but we would have really enjoyed the fire pit. The instructions that were left were easy to understand. We even hired a mobile masseuse to visit to perform a massages. Just a really awesome weekend in the mountains.

What a beautiful, activity-packed, well-located home, situated near the beach. Our family hardly left the house because it was filled with so much to do right there! The heated pool was a plus!!! There were times when we had a game of pool, shuffleboard, foosball, and Pac-Man going at the same time! I cannot brag enough about the awesome setup and convenience of this beach home. We will be back!

This was an amazing stay! 10/10 recommendation. We stayed with 10 adults, 2 toddlers, and two small dogs and it was very accommodating to our large family. The pictures were accurate. The place was clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Location was perfectly placed just 5 minutes from downtown Helen. We definitely want to stay here again if we make it back to Helen in the future!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunny View. The cabin is beautiful and looked just like the photos. There was tons to do and the kitchen was fully stocked. The host was responsive, helpful, and provided great recommendations. There was plenty of space for gathering and the views were incredible. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin! Everything was clean and tidy. The view was gorgeous. Bunk room was perfect for the kids. We had so much fun in the game room. The kids especially loved the Christmas decorations. Blairsville is a great town to visit during Christmastime. We would definitely visit this cabin again!

Lovely place with lots of activities and beautiful views. Tim and Katie were incredibly responsive and in terms of managing the stay and experience, it’s one of the best we’ve seen. We had a great visit and definitely recommend the place!

Wonderful home. We had a multiple family getaway and we had plenty of space to spread out and gather. Kids were able to self entertain and adults spend quality time we all wanted. Hoping to make this trip an annual regular.

The house was stocked full of everything you need for a vacation. Loved all the games and activities. There were a couple issues when we first arrived that the host addressed very quickly. Would definitely stay again.
