The Sunnyview Cabin was better in person than in the pictures (in our opinion!). The driveway was super steep but accessible for our larger vehicles as it has a turnaround pad, and an additional driveway area to park. We loved all the touches they provided - the toothbrushes, toothpaste and mouthwash, if you happen to forget it- or if you have kids who love using those little special toiletries! They left a full stock of s’mores supplies including sticks, some kindling and a little wood- thank you!!
We also loved the guidebook of local (within 30 miles or so) of fun attractions and must see places! You really don’t need to leave the house though!!
The sauna was exceptional! We had trouble getting it going the 1st time, even with their clear directions provided , and Tim and Katie were responsive and helped us get it going- thank you!!
We had a really nice stay, and would love to come back again- everyone was happy with our pick with staying here!!

We had an incredible stay. The views from the back porch were absolutely gorgeous and made it hard to leave. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and clearly cared for.
What really stood out was the host’s communication and attention to detail. Everything was seamless, and the extra touches…like the s’mores setup, well-stocked bathroom amenities, and quick, thoughtful responses…made the experience feel above and beyond.
You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-hosted getaway.

Tim and Katie were awesome hosts! The place was filled with amenities, clean, spacious and plenty of fun. Would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a a great place to unwind and spend time with friends and family.

Great place to stay for a family trip. Kids love the place with a lot of fun activities especially the game room. We also really enjoyed the time there. Tim and Katie are very friendly and helpful!

Our stay at Katie's and Tim's place was perfect. We needed a place to host a bridal luncheon and spend a few days together (moms, aunts, sisters) before our wedding. We specifically needed somewhere peaceful and spacious to spend quality time together before the wedding as we now all live in different states. We cooked, used the awesome hot tub and game room, enjoyed the comfy cinema, and took advantage of the super close proximity to downtown Helen. it was the perfect balance of close to town with a private and serene setting. Our hosts were responsive and considerate and we'd definitely recommend this AirBNB!

We stayed in this cabin for three nights and truly enjoyed the beautiful mountain views. The place is very cozy, clean, and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are peaceful and absolutely beautiful. The hosts are wonderful people — very kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything you need. We had a great experience and would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful oasis!! Tons to do and lots of space to do it in!! Plenty of room for all the family to enjoy! We all hated to leave! Would love to book again!

The view was spectacular and sunsets were beautiful! Looking at the mountains every day was something we don’t see living in Florida so it was nice to take a family vacation there and enjoy experiencing something new.

We have a large family and felt like we even have a little room to grow at this home. The activities were incredible for all ages! We played cards and board games, put together puzzles, did a little work, made popcorn and watched movies, played pool, darts and air hockey. Spent time around the firepit, in the sauna and the hot tub! I think my nephew wants his own golf game now and we definitely want to install an intercom system at our house! Yonah winery selection was incredible! Always opt for the owner’s tour! Thanks for the recommendation. This home has everything you’ll need. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the view in the summertime!

We stayed at Tim and Katie’s house for a friends retreat. We had five families - 24 people total ages 2-42! It was everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable and all of them being king size was great also. The view was spectacular and the sauna and hot tub were such a bonus. We utilized every space. Had a movie night for the kids. Our favorite was that we were able to stay up late and have adult time to catch up with our friends while the kids slept comfortably. The property felt very safe. We 100% would recommend this house. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with close family or friends this is your place.
