Tim and Katie were wonderful hosts, highly responsive and very proactive. Their communication and friendliness made it feel very inviting and our entire group felt right at home. The cabin is secluded, yet very close to town and all that the area has to offer. The beautiful deck with its pristine views had everyone spending time together , without even looking at our devices (phones etc) and made us disconnect from the mundane. The Blairsville area is a perfect spot for exploring the mountains and we are super glad we booked our stay at SunnyViewCabins !

Sunny Alps Retreat was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed! My husband and I got married in Helen, Ga and Sunny Alps became our home away from home during the pre-wedding and post-wedding celebrations! Our family came from all over the states to visit and each and every one of them felt welcome and comfortable!!! The kitchen was immaculate and very well equipped. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The views from the jacuzzi were absolutely breathtaking!
We will definitely be returning to Sunny Alps Retreat and we look forward to working with Tim and Katie on our next venture!

3 families celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a weekend trip here and were so pleased with the comfortable accommodations and thoughtful touches. Everyone, from the 2 year old to the 50 year olds, loved the property. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely Beautiful views! Private location that was perfect for some quality family time 😄 House was very clean and all necessary amenities were included. We liked how there were paved roads the entire way there and it wasn’t too steep for our van to make the drive. Would stay there again.

Sunny View Cabin was exactly as described. The sunsets were spectacular and the abundance of wildlife kept us very engaged while sitting on both the upper and lower decks and two additional seating areas with hot tub and sauna. The entertainment options don’t stop there with a fully stocked board game bookshelf plus full size table games like ping pong and pool. Tim and Katie have thought of everything to make you feel at home from everything you need to make s’mores, extra propane tanks for a quick switcharoo mid grill out, to binoculars for spotting wildlife and helicopters (maybe just us), my personal favorite towels on your bed. We honestly could have never left the house and been completely content, but Blairsville was only 15 minutes away with a great playground and delicious restaurants plus a grocery store! We went adventuring to find water and found Blue Ridge to be very fun too. Highly recommend this spot and hope to stay again in the future. Great work Tim & Katie.

Sunny View Cabin is spectacular. The views of the misty mountains in the morning and the watercolor sunsets at night made us fall in love with North Georgia and this house. We’ll be back!

Tim and Katie’s place was perfect for a stay in the mountains. There is everything you need to have fun between the hot tub, fire pit, and indoor and outdoor games. The space is well organized and felt like home. The deck and grilling area were perfect for dinner and watching the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great place nestled between Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. The walkover to the beach access is only 3 blocks away and everything is relatively close. Great breeze all the time and the house is fantastic for enjoying the sunlight and nature. House was well equipped and everything was laid out great. Pool felt great and the heated aspect made it perfect.

Great stay at a spacious, cozy mountain cabin with stunning views. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Hosts were very hospitable and responsive, making our trip easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a peaceful mountain getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at SSJ! Every question or concern we had was promptly taken care of by our host. For example, we noticed an issue with the pool on our first day, and within two hours the host sent the pool company out to take care of it. The house had features that weren’t even listed on AirBnB that added to the comfort of our stay. As a family of 12, there was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. We hope to stay here again! If you’re looking for a quiet beach with a house that has a variety to offer for those rainy days, this is the place for you!
